Celebrating 10 Years
Jonnie G’s Mobile Food and Movies celebrates 10 years in business! Jon and Rose Grossman decided to start Jonnie G’s Food on the Go in 2003. Since then, they have served thousands of customers including Monmouth University, swim meets, beachgoers, soccer and football attendees, festivals, private parties and many more.
Having a party? Let the food drive to you! Jonnie G’s is a fun and unique way to celebrate any party or event. Private parties include unlimited food service for 2½ hours; supplying all of the drinks, paper products, condiments and even trash removal. It is a sure way to have a great celebration. No more wandering around, missing great moments of the party due to organizing and planning, you can actually attend your party as a guest, hassle-free. There are three extensive party packages with some including homemade Maryland crab cakes using 100% crabmeat, Jonnie G’s famous burgers, Fresh meatball sandwiches made with homemade Italian sauce, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, cheese fries and many, many more selections to choose from for your special day. Jonnie G’s also offers a summer clam bake!
Jonnie G’s mobile movie party gives an outdoor movie experience not to be missed. You can enjoy a fun and unique party under the stars while having fresh gourmet popcorn from their commercial popcorn machine. The backyard Inflatable movie rental package includes a large Inflatable Movie Screen, DVD Blu-Ray player, High-End Digital Projection and Sound System. Complete delivery, set-up and removal. The Jonnie G’s mobile movie party can be booked with or without the food truck.
Jon, his wife Rose, Co-Owner of Jonnie G’s and daughter’s Emily and Lauryn reside in Ocean Township. Jon and Rose have been together starting as high school sweethearts’ graduating from Ocean Township High School and Monmouth University both receiving their Master’s Degree. They feel Ocean Township is very special to them and they are happy to be giving back by serving the community. Jon’s full time job is a science teacher, golf and wrestling coach for Central Regional School District in Bayville, New Jersey. During the summer he switches gears to the food service industry. Rose also has a jewelry design business, Frostings by Rose and works part-time as a Paralegal.
